Joel Umbaugh is a director, photographer, and editor. Joel is a midwest guy who grew up in Indiana and started his career shooting film in various degrees of video and photography. He went on to work with various boutique agencies as a creative and producer before leaving to focus solely on directing. Joel has over a decade of broadcast, long-form, digital, and documentary experience creating content for companies such as Microsoft and Chase Bank. Aside from working as a full-time director, Joel loves to travel often as possible with his beautiful sheppard-husky mix dog, Zoe.
